At Remote Income Circle, we are committed to providing valuable education, community support, coaching, certifications, and digital resources to help our members build successful remote careers.

Because our memberships and digital products provide immediate access to proprietary content and resources, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.

By purchasing any product, service, or membership from Remote Income Circle, you agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for:

• Monthly memberships
• Annual memberships
• Lifetime memberships
• Digital products
• Downloadable resources
• Certifications
• Coaching sessions
• Live trainings
• Recorded trainings
• Workshops
• Webinars
• Events
• Any other products or services offered by Remote Income Circle

This policy applies whether or not you actively use your membership or access the available content.

Subscription Cancellations

Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time. When you cancel your subscription:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• Future recurring charges will not be processed after your cancellation takes effect.
• You will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the remainder of your paid billing period.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are billed in advance for a full year of access. Annual membership payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your annual billing period. Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

Lifetime Memberships

Lifetime memberships are one-time purchases that provide ongoing access for the life of the Remote Income Circle program, subject to our Terms of Service. Lifetime membership purchases are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate delivery of digital products and downloadable resources, all digital product purchases are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Resume templates
• Checklists
• Career guides
• Action plans
• Prompt libraries
• Digital workbooks
• Certification materials
• Other downloadable resources

No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Coaching, Training, and Live Events

Payments for coaching sessions, live trainings, workshops, webinars, certification reviews, and other scheduled services are non-refundable.

If Remote Income Circle cancels a scheduled event, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Reschedule the event,
• Provide access to a recording (when applicable), or
• Offer an alternative solution.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to working with our members to resolve legitimate billing concerns whenever possible.

Submitting a fraudulent or abusive chargeback after receiving access to purchased products or services may result in suspension or termination of your account, subject to applicable law and our Terms of Service.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
