RIC Employer Job Posting Terms

Version 1.0 — Effective September 15, 2026

1. Lifetime Job Posting

Your $200 payment entitles you to one (1) lifetime job posting on the Remote Income Circle Talent Marketplace. The posting remains active until the position is filled or you choose to withdraw it.

2. No Recurring Fees

This is a one-time payment. There are no subscription fees, renewal fees, or recurring charges associated with your job posting.

3. Candidate Access

Your job posting will be visible to eligible Remote Income Circle members who have been approved for the talent marketplace. You may invite specific candidates to interview for your role.

4. No Placement Guarantee

Remote Income Circle does not guarantee that a candidate will be placed through your job posting. The $200 fee is for the job posting entitlement only, not for a guaranteed placement.

5. Content Standards

Remote Income Circle reserves the right to review, edit, or remove job postings that violate our content policies, including but not limited to discriminatory content, misleading information, or inappropriate material.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once the job posting is activated. If your posting is removed due to a content policy violation, no refund will be issued.

7. Placement Fees

If you hire a candidate through the Remote Income Circle Talent Marketplace, separate placement fees may apply. These are independent of the $200 job posting fee and are outlined in the RIC Placement Terms.

8. Acceptance

By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
