By creating a Remote Income Circle Affiliate account and participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
The Remote Income Circle Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers using their unique affiliate referral link.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission on qualifying monthly membership payments generated through their referral link.
Recurring commissions continue for as long as the referred member remains an active paying member in good standing.
Affiliates earn 30% commission on qualifying high-ticket program sales unless otherwise specified.
Remote Income Circle reserves the right to modify commission rates, promotional offers, and commission structures at any time.
Commissions are awarded only for referrals successfully tracked through an approved affiliate link.
Referral attribution is determined solely by the tracking system used by Remote Income Circle. The tracking platform's records shall be considered final in resolving commission disputes.
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly.
To receive payment:
Remote Income Circle reserves the right to delay or withhold payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
If a referred customer:
any associated commission may be reversed or deducted from future commission payments.
Commissions are earned only on completed and retained sales.

Affiliates are expected to represent Remote Income Circle in a professional manner consistent with our mission and values.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.
Remote Income Circle may immediately terminate an affiliate account for:
Upon termination, future commissions will cease. Eligible commissions earned prior to termination may be paid provided all program requirements have been satisfied.
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or any other legal business relationship between the Affiliate and Remote Income Circle.
Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations, and business expenses.
Remote Income Circle makes no guarantees regarding:
Individual results vary based on numerous factors outside of our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Income Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Remote Income Circle reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, commission structures, payout schedules, promotional rules, or any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
